Lifelong friends Pete Malloy and Jim Reed initially thought they could transform the roofing industry by offering friendly but professional roofing services at an affordable price.

Before establishing Blue & White Roofing Inc., Pete plied his craft, learning the roofing business under the direction of his boss, Ed Wells. Meanwhile, Jim worked as a police officer with the LAPD. When Pete elected to venture out on his own, he excitedly brought Jim along for the ride into a new profession.
